Phone consultation
We will contact you and discuss your project over the phone to make sure we understand the entire scope of your project. We will also go over some general pricing.

Initial consultation
We will personally meet with you. This is where you will share your ideas and we will make careful notes and initial drawings of the project area (pool and yard). We will also give you our professional input of possible layouts and ideas.

Email Response (Generally about 7 days after our 1st meeting)
We will draw up a customized plan (example) and will email this to you along with the pool spec sheet and a quote for the project. This drawing will be very customized to your home and yard. We have never built two pools alike, nor will we. Review the plan closely and makes notes of any questions you may have. We can answer some of the questions over the phone or can meet with you.

Review consultation
If you like the plan, our ideas and would like to move forward...we will come meet with you and finalize the project and discuss timeliness for beginning the project.

The Pool or landscape project begins...Flawless execution is now our objective

The owners of this company will be intimately involved with every detail of the project and you can count on our daily and regular focus. We can update you as frequently (or infrequently) as you wish. We log all pertinant conversations electronically and follow-up regularly via email on various aspects of the job (status, change orders, general information, etc).

Change order? Making changes to any plan is normal procedure. Any changes will involve written details to ensure we know exactly what you want. We will review this as the project unfolds.

Final Inspection
Once the project is complete, we will schedule a meeting with you to educate you on the various features of your pool (or other project).

Flawless Follow-Thru
We will stop by or call after the job is complete - just to check on you and to make sure you do not have any issues. If you have questions, please make notes. Our visit frequency of communication (phone, email or visit) is as following after the final inspection: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with our service...long after we are gone.
